When and where will the Congress be held?
It will take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the city of Jeddah, at the Jeddah Hilton Hotel. Jeddah 4 - 9 December 2010
Who are the organizers of the congress?
The general Directorate of the Armed Forces Medical Services is responsible for organizing the congress.
Who can attend or participate?
Attendance and participation is open to all parties, military officers or civilians, male or female, interested in the papers and topics presented at the conference.
Are there any registration fees?
There are no registration fees.
How can I register?
You can register by clicking on the link provided on the Home Page and logging in as a new user.
Is registration exclusive to Saudis and residents in Saudi Arabia?
Registration is open to everyone within the Kingdom and abroad.
What are the types of participation available at the Congress?
You can participate by presenting a paper or a poster.
How can I present a paper or poster?
You can participate with a research paper or poster by logging onto the Participation link provided on the Home Page, registering as a new user and following the instructions provided.
What are the criteria used for the selection of papers and posters that are to be presented during the Congress?
The selection of papers and posters as well as the approval of the appropriate topics to be presented is the responsibility of the Congress’ Scientific Committee. Airplane tickets and accommodation shall be provided and visas issued.
How can a visa for Saudi Arabia be obtained?
a. Attendance:
· GCC citizens can obtain their Visas at the borders
· GCC residents with valid Iqamas can obtain their Visas from the Saudi Embassy in the country of residence
· Citizens of other countries (Arab and International) can obtain their Visas via the Saudi Embassies in their countries or countries they are residing in
